The 24th Annual Scholarship Dinner was held April 26, 2006 at the Holiday Villa Restaurant in Sacramento.  The Master of Ceremony was Randell Iwasaki, Chief Deputy, CalTrans. APSEA President's Award - Floyd Shimomura, Executive Officer, State Personnel Board. Member's Award - Jeffrey Ogata, Deputy Attorney General, Attorney General's Office.
