The 23rd Annual Scholarship Dinner was held April 27, 2006 at the Holiday Villa Restaurant in Sacramento.  The Master of Ceremony was Robert Fong, Vice Mayor, City of Sacramento. Raynor Tsuneyoshi, Director of the Department of Boating & Waterways received a Member Award.
